4. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Each person may maintain only one account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be terminated without notice.

5. Subscription Terms

MyPepStack offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free — Limited access to educational content and basic features.
• Pro ($7.99/mo) — Includes AI-powered stack recommendations, dose tracking, and vendor price comparison.
• Max ($14.99/mo) — Includes all Pro features plus advanced analytics, priority support, and premium educational content.

All paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period.
• No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.
• MyPepStack reserves the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.

7. Affiliate Disclosure

MyPepStack participates in affiliate programs with third-party peptide vendors. When you click on vendor links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our AI-powered recommendations, editorial content, or vendor rankings. Recommendations are generated solely based on your stated health goals, preferences, and publicly available product information.

8. Third-Party Vendors

MyPepStack is not a pharmacy, supplement retailer, or peptide vendor. We do not sell, manufacture, store, or ship any peptides or related products.

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, accuracy of listings, or fulfillment of products sold by third-party vendors. Any transactions you conduct with vendors listed on our platform are solely between you and the vendor. We encourage you to review each vendor's terms, return policies, and third-party testing before making a purchase.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyPepStack and its owners, operators, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for:

• Any health outcomes, adverse reactions, or medical complications resulting from the use of peptides or any actions taken based on information provided through the Service.
• Any issues with products purchased from third-party vendors, including but not limited to product quality, safety, delivery, or fulfillment.
• Any decisions made based on AI recommendations, educational content, or vendor comparisons provided by the Service.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
